Admin Officer (Retired Military/Armed Services Officer) Duty Stations: Karachi, Turbat, Quetta Position Summary: We are seeking a highly disciplined, experienced, and organized Admin Officer with a background in the military or armed services at the level equivalent to Captain/Major. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing office administration, human resources (HR), coordination, and management duties in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires a strong leadership background and the ability to work in a dynamic environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at various duty stations including Karachi, Turbat, and Quetta. Key Responsibilities: Office Administration: Manage and oversee all office administrative functions to ensure smooth operation of the office environment. Maintain office records, filing systems, and documents in an organized manner. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, protocols, and security measures. Human Resources (HR) Management: Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new staff members. Oversee employee attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies. Address HR-related issues and mediate conflicts when necessary. Ensure proper maintenance of staff records, performance appraisals, and disciplinary matters. Coordination & Management: Coordinate between different departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency. Assist in the preparation and implementation of organizational strategies and projects. Act as a liaison between senior management and staff, ensuring that directives are communicated effectively. Manage and coordinate day-to-day logistical support, including travel arrangements and accommodations for staff. General Leadership and Supervision: Lead, supervise, and mentor junior staff to promote professional development and teamwork. Ensure operational readiness and staff welfare at each duty station (Karachi, Turbat, and Quetta). Provide regular reports to senior management regarding office operations and HR matters. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Requirements: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in military/armed services. Experience: Retired military/armed services officer (Captain/Major or equivalent rank) with a proven track record of administrative duties and leadership. Experience in human resources, office administration, and staff management. Familiarity with military-style discipline, efficiency, and organizational practices. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in office software, MS Office suite, and basic HR software. Additional Requirements: Must be willing to travel to different duty stations (Karachi, Turbat, Quetta) as needed. Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. A keen attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability in all aspects of work.
