Description
We are seeking an experienced and honest Account Manager with a strong background in factory operations and financial management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounts, cost analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day factory accounting operations
Prepare and monitor budgets and financial reports
Handle cost accounting and analysis
Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts
Monitor cash flow and expenses
Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in a factory or manufacturing setup
Master or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or in commerce
Proficiency in accounting software ( SAP)
Strong integrity, honesty, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
