Job Description
1. Maintaining Day Book and Handling petty cash Expenses on Daily Basis.
2. Daily, Day book data posting in Quick Books, and Reporting.
3. Sales Invoicing to Clients and Maintain Record of Purchase Invoices.
4. Must have Knowledge of General Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, Etc on sales & Purchases.
5. Keep in Track All Payable and Receivable accounts, and Make Precise Reporting after a regular Interval.
6. Keep in Track Inventory in QB & Physically.
7. Ensure company financial accounts Accuracy i. e Conveyance , Loan ,Partner Drawings, Advance payments, Profit & Loss Etc.
8. Understanding Import Procedure and handling Bank remittances.
9. Banks Reconciliation after a regular Interval.
10. Data Compilation on Monthly and annual Tax Returns.
11. Must be able to scrutinize the Manual Work along with QB i. e. Maintain DC Book & Bill Book etc.
12. Communication with Clients Regarding Billing & Payments.
13. Manage the Company Utilities and Payroll i. e Credit Card Payments and Utility Bills are Paid in Time.
14. Preparing and maintaining important financial reports.
