Job Description:
• Assist the Accounts Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support the Accounts Manager in handling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Help prepare and submit income tax and sales tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
• Assist in drafting professional email correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Respond promptly to inquiries ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Aid in the preparation of quotations and proposals for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Manager and sales/procurement teams to gather required information for quotations.
• Track and follow up on quotations as maintaining detailed records of outcomes.
• Provide support in preparing financial reports and summaries for management.
• Monitor expenses and budgets, suggesting cost-saving initiatives to the Accounts Manager.
