We are looking for a dedicated Accounts and Customer Relations Manager to handle both financial accounts and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will manage customer accounts, oversee billing and payments, and ensure seamless communication between the company and its clients. This role requires strong analytical, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Manage and oversee customer accounts, including billing, invoicing, and payment tracking.
2- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
3- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, etc. ) to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
4- Maintain accurate financial records and generate account reports for management.
5- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
6- Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements:
1- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
2- Proven experience in accounts management and customer service.
3- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
4- Proficiency in accounting software (e. g. , QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office.
