Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with advanced expertise. This role requires a professional with a strong background in the Banking industry to oversee accounts, Tax paying, and multi-channel platforms etc. The candidate will ensure seamless financial processes, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Leadership
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Generate and maintain accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Lead the quarterly/year-end closing, international tax filings, and audit preparation.
Accounting:
• Integrate QuickBooks Online with platforms like Amazon and eBay for efficient data flow.
• Handle specific tasks: inventory management, returns, product costing, and multi-channel sales reconciliation.
Compliance & Optimization
• Ensure adherence to international tax laws, sales tax, and other financial regulations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend operational improvements.
• Continuously optimize financial workflows and systems.
Collaboration
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial data with operational goals.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
• 3–5 years in accounting, with a focus on the Accounting Industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (system setup, integration, and daily operations).
Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with APIs for QuickBooks- integration.
Soft Skills:
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in procurement processes.
• Knowledge of financial management best practices.
• Immediate joiners preferred (1 week maximum). Exceptional candidates with a 1-month notice will also be considered.
