**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accurately enter invoices into the accounting software.
- Verify invoice details for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile invoice discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain organized records of invoices and transactions.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in typing and data entry.
