Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with expertise in general accounting practices and experience in filing sales tax returns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring timely and accurate filing of sales tax returns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, ledger entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and file sales tax returns.
- Generate and analyze financial reports.
- Ensure all tax filings are accurate and submitted on time.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant.
- Strong knowledge of sales tax regulations and filing processes.
