Description
- Able to perform financial data entry and maintenance in accounting software such quick financial etc
- Maintain cash in hand and petty cash
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Manage inventory and prepare stock reports on daily basis
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Make budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information
- Provide administrative support to the management as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in using accounting softwares
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with financial services and industry regulations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Experience with mentoring or training junior finance staff is a plus
