Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage full-cycle accounting: AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across locations.
- Prepare tax filings (sales, payroll, income) and ensure compliance with local/state regulations.
- Track food, beverage, and labor costs; analyze variances and recommend improvements.
- Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) for leadership.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and department heads to streamline processes.
- Assist with annual audits and implement efficient accounting practices.
