Description
Glacial Water needs an experienced resource for Audit and Accounts department following position.
Position: Audit and Accounts executive (Part Time -Evening)
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance with at least 2-year relevant experience
Or B. com with 3-year Relevant experience.
Job timings:
• Monday to Saturday: Minimum 2 Hours per day till Closing (Can be more than two hours for Specific days in a week and Month).
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Daily data entry in the ERP (Petty Cash, BRV and CRV, GRN & PO Receipts)
2. Daily bottle reconciliation
3. Daily cash closing activity with Manager.
4. Build SOPs for Procurement process and Inventory
5. Implementation of SOPs to have Quantitative and Qualitative checks on Procurement process and Inventory.
6. Weekly Caps and Bottle Reconciliation and results presentations with senior management
7. Customer balance reconciliation twice a month.
8. Monthly payroll and employ commission preparation.
9. Bimonthly meeting with senior management to present reconciliation results and customers balance.
Salary package
Gross Salary (due on 6th of each month):
• 15,000 – 20,000 per month based upon experience and qualification.
• 10% annual increment
