Description
We are looking for an experienced accountant as following.
1. Should have graduate degree with 8-10 years’ experience as accountant.
2. Candidate having experience in FMCG distribution company and living near Korangi will be considered.
3. Should have good command on computer specially on Excel/ Accounting Software.
4. Candidate having hands on experience in any account software will be preferred.
5. Responsible all account related issues i. e. issuing daily sales invoices, preparing monthly bank reconciliations, monthly profit/loss statement, monthly expense reporting, monthly purchasing reporting, monthly sales and credit reporting.
6. Update financial data in Excel/software to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
7. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
8. Responsible for receiving and registering all incoming /outgoing cash, cheques and credit invoices.
9. Verifying supporting documents of all vouchers and posting into Accounting Software.
10. Responsible to submit daily cash/cheque collections in the bank.
11. Verifying/registering/counting the weekly/ monthly/ annual warehouse stock and maintain reports.
12. Any Other Task Assigned by management.
