Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Support:
- Assist in coordinating and implementing the school's academic programs and curriculum under the guidance of the Branch Head.
- Support teachers in instructional planning, classroom management, and student assessment.
- Coordinate scheduling of classes, exams, and special academic events.
2. Student Affairs:
- Monitor student attendance, behavior, and welfare, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Coordinate student activities, clubs, and events to promote student engagement and personal development.
- Address student concerns and disciplinary issues in collaboration with school administration and counselors.
3. Administrative Coordination:
- Manage administrative tasks such as student admissions, registrations, and records maintenance.
- Coordinate logistical support for school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Assist in managing school facilities, resources, and inventory.
4. Communication and Liaison:
- Serve as a point of contact for parents, students, and external stakeholders regarding school activities and inquiries.
- Facilitate effective communication between school administration, teachers, and support staff.
- Collaborate with community organizations and partners to enhance school-community relationships and support educational initiatives.
