Agreement

There are a total of six units, accessible via a separate private road. The property is secured by a large gate that is closed in the evening, with a second door leading to your apartment. Additionally, the house is monitored by three security cameras for your safety.
The main gate on the private road is closed every evening, and you will have a key.
Based on the experience with previous tenants, the following conditions apply:
- Rent must be transferred to the bank account by the 5th day of each month.
- A security deposit of 24,000 Pakistani Rupees is required upon moving in and will be refunded upon moving out.
- A rental agreement will be signed and registered with the municipal office and the police.
- The rental agreement is for a minimum of one year and must be terminated with a notice period of two months.
