Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative 2D Designer to join our dynamic team at OLX. As a 2D Designer, you will play a key role in designing visual assets that enhance user experience and engagement across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create visually compelling designs that align with OLX’s brand and resonate with our diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Visual Assets: Create high-quality, visually appealing 2D graphics for various marketing campaigns, app interfaces, promotional materials, social media posts, and website content.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are in line with OLX’s brand guidelines while exploring new design approaches to keep content fresh and engaging.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, marketers, and other designers to develop design concepts that support business goals and user needs.
UI Design: Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for OLX’s mobile and web applications.
Asset Creation: Design banners, icons, illustrations, and other visual content used across digital platforms.
Iterate and Improve: Continuously improve and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a 2D Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, with a focus on digital and web-based design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma.
A good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Experience with UI design and understanding of user-centered design principles.
Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced work and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in creating designs for mobile apps and websites.
Knowledge of animation or motion graphics is a plus.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design basics is a bonus.
