Timings: 5pm to 3am

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule drivers for freight deliveries and pickups.
- Liaise with customers to address delivery/pickup requests and any special requirements.
- Plan efficient routes, making adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare dispatch documents, bills, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of routes, changes, and delivery/pickup times.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
- Monitor truck maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Log customer schedules and promptly address any complaints.
Truck Dispatcher Requirements:
- Proficient in cold calling, freight billing, and invoicing.
- Ability to manage driver logs, maintenance schedules, and repairs.
- Knowledgeable about transportation regulations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
Experience:
- Dry Van - and 18 Wheeler Experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience in US-based Truck Dispatching operations.
- Hands-on experience managing the entire dispatch process.
- Previous exposure to B2B/B2C markets is preferred.
