We are seeking a motivated and experienced Truck Dispatcher Sales Person to join our team. As a Truck Dispatcher Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in coordinating trucking operations and generating sales through cold calling. This position requires a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales or dispatching
Responsibilities:
Coordinate trucking operations including scheduling and dispatching of trucks.
Communicate effectively with truck drivers and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
Generate sales leads and opportunities through cold calling and networking.
Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales, dispatches, and deliveries.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
Monitor trucking routes and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or dispatching, preferably in the transportation industry.
Freeshes can apply if they are good in english.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatching software.
Flexibility to work evening shifts, with timings from 7 pm to 2 am.
Must be comfortable with cold calling and generating sales leads.
