We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our online hotel booking portal. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with travel agents, companies, and other potential clients to introduce and promote our platform. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, event planners, and other organizations involved in travel and accommodation arrangements. Conduct sales visits and presentations to introduce our online hotel booking portal, highlighting its features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while maximizing revenue opportunities for the company. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to the management team. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and enhance the visibility of our brand. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our online hotel booking portal convincingly. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach to sales. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing sales performance. Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, attend events, and explore new markets. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
