Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Proposal Engineer to join our team. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for creating quotations and proposals for the supply and installation of automatic doors, gates, security systems, traffic signals, and road safety products. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to respond to inquiries from the market and develop comprehensive and competitive proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze customer requirements and develop customized proposals for automatic doors, gates, security systems, traffic signals, and road safety products.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, including materials, labor, and installation costs.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that proposals meet customer needs and are delivered on time.
Maintain a database of pricing information, product specifications, and vendor quotes.
Provide technical support to the sales team and customers as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in proposal engineering or a similar role, preferably in the construction or building automation industry.
Strong technical background with knowledge of automatic doors, gates, security systems, traffic signals, and road safety products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal management software.
