Job Title: Female Marketing Manager
Location: Gulshan e Maymar (near our factory)
Job Description:
· Call new customers to gain business and expand our customer base
· Conduct cold calling to generate leads and prospects
· Arrange meetings for the marketing team leaders with potential clients
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
· Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities
· Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions
Required Traits:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent phone etiquette and cold calling skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Familiarity with marketing principles and practices
· Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas
· Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e. g. CRM)
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
· Proven track record of success in cold calling and lead generation
· Experience with data analysis and market research
· Knowledge of the local market and business environment
· Fluency in English and Urdu (written and spoken)
