We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our team in operating and maintaining (FMCG) packaging, sealing, and mixing machines. This role requires expertise in either electrical or mechanical aspects of machine handling, ensuring efficient production and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Operate FMCG machines for packaging, sealing, and mixing according to standard operating procedures.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or electrical issues during production.
Monitor production output and quality to meet targets and maintain product standards.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Document production activities and report any issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or Mechanical.
Intermediate level of education (at least).
Proven experience operating and maintaining FMCG machines preferred.
Strong understanding of electrical components or mechanical systems related to machine operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in shifts and weekends as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems is a plus.
Experience in troubleshooting electrical or mechanical faults.
Understanding of safety procedures and regulations in an industrial setting.
