We are looking for a dedicated Outbound Calling Agent to expand our network by seeking new providers in doctor offices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a persuasive nature to effectively promote our medical billing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential providers in doctor offices via phone calls to introduce our medical billing services.
Understand the needs of each provider and tailor communication to address their specific requirements.
Explain the benefits of our services and how they can streamline the provider’s billing process.
Schedule appointments for further discussions or demonstrations with interested parties.
Maintain a log of calls made and responses received, and follow up on leads.
Achieve monthly targets for calls made and new providers onboarded.
Provide feedback to the management team on the effectiveness of the calling strategies.
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with medical terminology and billing processes is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Proficiency in using phone systems and CRM software.
Timing: 6PM-3AM
