Responsibilities
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from Tender Documents and develop Cost Estimates for Proposals.
Generate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) to estimate costs accurately.
Collect vendor quotations to inform Cost Estimates for Proposals.
Conduct Rate Analysis to ensure accuracy and competitiveness of proposals.
Review Tender documents and engage in contractual negotiations for project smoothness.
Prepare Project Estimates upon project award to guide budgeting and resource allocation.
Develop BOQs and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) from IFC drawings post-project award for implementation.
Coordinate with the Site Team to ensure work adherence to plans, timelines, and problem resolution.
Manage Civil Subcontractors and coordinate material supply with the procurement department.
Organize site visits and meetings with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, or consultants as necessary to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Estimate materials according to project drawings to facilitate procurement.
Generate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for Projects to ensure proper reinforcement detailing.
Develop Project Schedules to outline timelines and milestones for efficient project management.
Verify Site Material Purchase Requests (MPRs) against Drawings and Project Estimates to maintain budget control.
Review Subcontractors Bills for accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
Prepare Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) to facilitate project payment processes and maintain cash flow.
