Location: DHA, Karachi.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Manager HR. In this role, you will be responsible
for overseeing all aspects of HR management, from recruitment and onboarding to employee
relations and performance management. If you're a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of top talent.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and
performance improvement plans.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and
industry standards.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous
improvement.
Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- HR certification (e. g. , SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
Duty Hours
Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
